We work with multiple Japanese tea, processing and packing partners. The feasible MOQ and monthly allocation depend on the exact product, destination, season and tested lot.
Ask whether a paid 1kg commercial trial is feasible for the proposed product. The supplier must confirm availability and actual order MOQ before we offer terms. A Kagoshima Latte route normally starts at 5kg, while other grades may require 10kg or more. International shipping and import costs are separate unless expressly included; sample evaluation follows different terms.

For a latte program, milk performance and cost per cup can matter more than a generic “ceremonial” label. For premium retail, provenance may matter more than price.

A pesticide report is not a comprehensive COA. A reference specimen result is not automatically a result for the shipment lot. We preserve laboratory details, report numbers, test dates and results when sharing documents.
Organic matcha options can be shortlisted. Certification documents and the scope for the proposed product and packing route are reviewed before the order is confirmed.
Organic raw-material status does not automatically cover a repacked retail product or establish USDA, EU or Australian certification. Plant-based matcha and Halal certification are separate claims; certification logos are used only after their scope is verified.
Request a quote for your product and quantity. We separate tea, packaging, processing, international freight and import costs. Card and bank-transfer payment options can be discussed; the quotation states the agreed payment schedule.
EMS and DHL options can be compared for the destination. Freight depends on the city, packed dimensions, gross weight, quantity and surcharges. Agree a named place and delivery scope for EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP as appropriate. FOB / CIF are discussed for sea transport. DDP is not our standard service.
Product-specific shelf life is provided with the proposed specification. Ask for remaining shelf life at dispatch, storage instructions and guidance after opening for the selected pack.
Specify your destination, importer and required claims early. Match the agreed documents to the product and lot, and review final labeling with your importer before shipping.
