Worldwide 100kg+ procurement · Direct from Japan

Bulk Japanese matcha supply for importers, distributors and café chains.

Importing 100kg, 500kg or more of Japanese matcha? MATCHA PORT coordinates sourcing enquiries worldwide, from first bulk shipments to recurring monthly or annual programmes. Supply feasibility is reviewed for your required volume, product, commercial lot, destination and agreed terms.

We review larger programmes individually, matching the required grade, shipment schedule and destination to available Japanese supply routes.

Procurement programmes by volume.

Match the buying brief to real Japanese sourcing routes, not a universal MOQ or price list.

1–30kg | Paid trial & small wholesale

Ask whether a paid 1kg commercial trial is feasible for your proposed grade; the supplier must confirm availability and actual MOQ before quotation, and other routes may require 5kg or more. Product price, international freight and import costs are quoted separately unless expressly included. Evaluation samples are a separate arrangement.

What a 100kg, 500kg or recurring bulk quotation covers.

We quote against your exact product and destination requirements. These are enquiry bands, not a promise of stock, a fixed price list or a confirmed delivery date.

Global buyer sourcing brief

Japanese matcha bulk sourcing worldwide — what to specify for 100kg+.

We welcome enquiries from importers, distributors, café chains and food manufacturers in any market. Shipping feasibility and import compliance are confirmed for the actual destination and commercial lot; we do not claim unrestricted delivery to every country.

Product and use

Specify latte, straight drinking, food manufacturing or retail use; desired color, bitterness, origin preference, organic status and required grade documents.

Quantity and repeat schedule

State whether you need 100kg or 500kg first, a monthly programme, annual volume or a second source. We check available production allocation and repeat-lot consistency before offering terms.

Price basis and logistics

Share target price per kg, currency, destination city and preferred shipping scope. EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP can be reviewed as appropriate; FOB/CIF apply to sea or inland-waterway transport. Freight, duties, taxes and local delivery are quoted or assigned separately according to the agreed Incoterm.

Importer and documentation

List required specification sheets, COA, pesticide or contaminant tests, certification scope, importer registration and labeling requirements. Availability and import suitability vary by product and lot.

An enquiry is not a purchase commitment or inventory reservation. Pricing and shipment conditions are provided only after the product, quantity, documentation and importer requirements have been checked.

What large purchasing teams need to verify.

Quality & application

Compare latte performance, aroma, color, bitterness, blend and cost per serving. Origin and harvest specifications are reviewed where relevant.

Lot consistency

Discuss available commercial lots, monthly allocation, lead times, blending and what can be maintained across repeat shipments.

Testing & certificates

Review available specification sheets, COA, residue and contaminant tests. Organic and Halal claims depend on certificate and final-pack scope.

Commercial terms

Discuss an appropriate Incoterm and named place (FOB/CIF only for sea or inland-waterway transport), packaging, payment, freight and import responsibilities. DDP and fixed pricing are not assumed.

Destination and documentation come first.

Commercial import requirements must be checked for the actual product and lot.

EU procurement

Check the actual commercial lot against applicable pesticide and contaminant requirements, available reports and importer needs. Organic imports may require TRACES/e-COI.

UAE / GCC procurement

Confirm importer setup, product and Arabic labeling requirements where applicable, certification scope, delivery city and freight responsibilities.

Australia & other markets

Confirm food-import and labeling requirements with the importer. Sample shipment feasibility is not commercial import approval.

MATCHA PORT coordinates sourcing; formal import requirements and approvals must be checked with the importing entity and relevant authorities.

Japan sourcing desk
Compare routes before committing.

For importers, distributors, café chains and food manufacturers seeking Japanese matcha or a second source. Supplier allocation and shipment terms are confirmed in the accepted quotation.

Bulk supply FAQ.

Can you supply 500kg or 1 tonne per month?

Send your required monthly volume for a route-specific feasibility review. Available allocation, grade, lot, timing and destination requirements must be confirmed before any supply commitment.

Can you help us compare a second Japanese matcha supply source?

Yes. If you already buy Japanese matcha, share your intended application, current specification, approximate monthly demand, destination and target landed-cost basis. We can assess alternative Japanese sourcing routes and available documents without assuming that an alternative product will match the existing grade or price. Supply and commercial terms are confirmed for each route.

What should an importer include in a 100kg+ RFQ?

Please share your destination, first-shipment volume, expected monthly or annual demand, intended use, required quality and testing, target price and Incoterm, preferred shipping date and importer arrangements. We use these details to check realistic supply options before discussing a product-specific quotation. Send a bulk RFQ →

Can I start with 1kg?

Paid 1kg commercial trials can be requested; product availability and actual MOQ require supplier confirmation. Other products and finished private-label packs have separate minimums; international shipping is quoted separately unless included in the offer.

Is every product EU-ready?

No. Lot-specific testing, importer documents and applicable organic arrangements must be assessed before commercial supply.

Can you guarantee identical blends and fixed prices?

Not automatically. Product specification, lot continuity, allocation and pricing terms are negotiated for each programme.
