A pesticide report is not a comprehensive COA. A reference specimen result is not automatically a result for the shipment lot. We preserve laboratory details, report numbers, test dates and results when sharing documents.
Organic matcha options can be shortlisted. Certification documents and the scope for the proposed product and packing route are reviewed before the order is confirmed.
Organic raw-material status does not automatically cover a repacked retail product or establish USDA, EU or Australian certification. Plant-based matcha and Halal certification are separate claims; certification logos are used only after their scope is verified.
Before approving a retail claim.
- Identify the exact product and packing route.
- Check the certificate holder, issuer, scope and validity.
- Confirm the finished SKU and destination recognition.
- Match laboratory reports to the requested tests and the correct specimen or lot.
- Review the final label and import dossier with the importer.
Document questions.
Is a pesticide report a complete COA?
No. A residue report covers its listed analytes and specimen. A COA scope must be checked separately.
Does an organic ingredient make my 30g retail tin certified?
No. Review the repacking operation, finished SKU, certification and destination requirements before making the claim.
Is pure plant-based matcha automatically Halal-certified?
No. A certificate claim requires issuer, product, validity and destination-acceptance review.
