A current wholesale price requires the selected tea, quantity and delivery scope. Two historical 10kg EXW Japan quotes from 30 September 2026 illustrate tea cost, rather than a universal market price.

These are NewBe buyer-facing quotation examples dated , not a current price list. Standard bulk supply, EXW Japan; international freight, import costs and private-label packaging are excluded.

Tea cost = quoted JPY/kg × grams per cup ÷ 1,000. Milk, packaging, freight, taxes, wastage and labor are excluded. No currency conversion has been applied. Organic, premium drinking and finished private-label products require separate quotations.

- Add international freight, import costs and local delivery to compare landed cost.
For the historical Commercial Latte example, 3g uses JPY 54 of tea. The First-Harvest example uses JPY 66 of tea at 3g. These calculations do not include milk or other operating costs.
