For a hotel group, product adoption often starts with an F&B test rather than a full-chain purchase. We help your team clarify the buying brief, compare options and prepare a quotation for a pilot at one property.
Begin with practical standard formats, then customise where a production route and destination requirements allow.
A selected quoted route starts from 240 finished tins, with an indicative 3–4-week production period before international transit. Logo artwork and pack compliance are reviewed for the project.
See existing tin route →Selected pouch and label projects can be discussed at 50–100 finished units. Matcha selection, bag format, label and production arrangement are priced by project.
Compare packing options →Explore guest gifts, retail sets and hospitality merchandise through a custom project brief. Components, licensed brand use and applicable testing or documentation are considered separately.
Request a gift proposal →Examples are selected partner routes, not universal stock, pricing or capacity promises. Hotel trademarks and logos are used only with authorisation.

Send the basics via our existing enquiry form. We will discuss suitable grades, samples and partner routes before proposing commercial terms.
Request a Hotel Pilot Proposal →Planning hotel-branded retail packs instead? →Procurement volume 100kg+? See Bulk Supply →Yes. Share the application, destination, approximate pilot volume and target date. We can review suitable samples or a paid commercial trial for the selected product. Minimums depend on the actual grade and route.
We can discuss a route with your local importer or distributor. A wider programme requires separate review of consolidated demand, partner production allocation and destination delivery requirements.
We can coordinate selected private-label routes after reviewing your authorised branding, artwork, packaging specifications and applicable destination labelling requirements. A selected 30g tin route has a quoted 240-unit minimum; selected pouch projects may start at 50–100 units.
Documentation is assessed for the selected producer, product and commercial lot. Availability of a certificate or suitability for a particular country's imports is not assumed across every matcha grade.
